The new year is coming faster than expected. Yesterday I selected new chilli varieties for 2011.
2011 will be after 2010 the year a somewhat milder habanero year.

Aji golden Aji Golden
Scherfer is medium with a very productive variety, very aromatic fruits (Capsicum baccatum).

Hatvani eros
Hungarian paprika (Capsicum annuum) is in ristras (braids) tied to the air-dried. Provides a very aromatic, dark red powder that is slightly spicy.
